Practical starter set with the popular Blade 6 dartboard, two sets of black coated brass darts (approx. 18.5 grams) in the Blade 6 design and a Winmau Blade 6 dartboard surround.
The Winmau Blade 6 dartboard is the next generation of its predecessor, consistently building upon its proven qualities. Winmau's "Density Control" ensures optimally and firmly compressed sisal fibers across the entire surface, extending the board's durability and reliability. A sharper angle on the underside of the spider prevents the sisal fibers in the double and triple segments, as well as around the bullseye, from being compressed as much during manufacturing, resulting in improved playability in these areas.
The ultra-thin spider with its sharp 60° angle guides the darts into the scoring area, resulting in fewer bounce-outs. The wiring of the inner and outer bullseye is up to 25% thinner than on other boards. This creates larger scoring areas and more accurate hits!
Thanks to the proven "Rota-Lock" system with its adjustable leveling wheels, the board can be perfectly aligned and hung without wobbling, even on uneven walls. This also makes rotating the board easier.

The extra-strong, one-piece surround ring for steel dartboards provides additional wall protection of approximately 12 cm around the board. It is designed so that it is simply pulled over the board for installation and stays in place thanks to its tight fit. Therefore, no additional mounting hardware is required.

Special features of steel dartboards
This steel dartboard is made from high-quality sisal fibers. As sisal is a natural product, slight irregularities, inclusions, or color variations are possible. The points where the individual sisal strands are glued together are visible as characteristic "cracks" on the surface of the dartboard. This is not a defect, but simply due to the fact that natural materials are used. Therefore, no two dartboards look exactly alike. The number ring shown corresponds to the traditional design of a dartboard. The number 1 located in the lower part of the number ring is not a product defect.
To extend the lifespan of the board, we recommend rotating it and adjusting the number ring regularly every 3-4 weeks. Steel dartboards are only suitable for indoor use!

Das Board ist stark, die Darts weniger
Die Scheibe wirft sauber und der Surround schützt wirklich ordentlich. Das Spielfeld wirkt sehr präzise, und genau das merkt man sofort beim Spielen, was schon ziemlich erfreulich ist. Nur die mitgelieferten Darts fühlen sich für meinen Geschmack eher einfach an, aber der Rest des Sets macht das locker wett (und zwar deutlich). Außerden war der Preis sehr günstig.

Solide Scheibe, macht ihren Job
Klar kaufen, wenn ihr ein stabiles Dartset mit gutem Schutz wollt. Die Scheibe wirkt sehr präzise, die Darts machen einen wertigen Eindruck, auch wenn sie nicht komplett luxuriös rüberkommen. Der Surround-Ring schützt ordentlich, Punkt.

Starke Scheibe, mittelmäßige Darts
Ich hatte eine solide Set Qualität erwartet, und genau das liefert das Blade 6 Set auch, vor allem die Zielscheibe wirkt sauber und der Surround schützt richtig gut. Die Darts selbst machen für mich aber nur einen durchschnittlichen Eindruck, und gelegentliche Abpraller fallen eben doch auf.

Achte auf vereinzelte Abpraller
Der Surround-Ring schützt wirklich stark, das ist hier für mich der klarste Pluspunkt. Das Board wirkt insgesamt präzise, auch wenn hin und wieder ein Dart abprallt. Die mitgelieferten Darts fühlen sich eher solide als edel an, also nichts Besonderes. Trotzdem macht das Set einen guten, runden Eindruck, vor allem wenn man einfach sauber spielen und die Wand vernünftig schützen will.

Solider Surround, kleine Macke am Board
Der Surround-Ring schützt wirklich ordentlich und macht direkt einen guten Eindruck. Die Scheibe wirkt insgesamt präzise und das Set ist für mich stimmig, auch wenn es an ein paar Stellen etwas unsauber aussieht; die mitgelieferten Darts fühlen sich eher mittelmäßig an, aber als Komplettpaket mit Blade 6 und Schutzring passt das für mich trotzdem gut zusammen.

Starker Schutz, Darts nur mittelmäßig
Der Surround-Ring schützt wirklich sehr gut und die Scheibe wirkt schön präzise, aber bei den mitgelieferten Darts bin ich nicht ganz überzeugt, die fühlen sich für mich eher nur solide als richtig hochwertig an.
