For eligible purchases, you will receive 5 McDart Points for every €1 spent . The basis is the value of the goods including VAT after discounts, excluding shipping costs. The calculated amount will be rounded to the nearest whole point. Additional points may be awarded under certain promotional terms and conditions. You redeem points according to the currently displayed voucher tier. The values currently range from 5 € to 60 € ; you can see your maximum benefit and all tiers in the table above.

You can redeem available points in your shopping cart or create a voucher code in your points account. Points will be deducted when you create the code. Then copy the code into the voucher field in your shopping cart.

Once your order reaches the Paid status, the points will be credited. Any outstanding balance from returns will be settled first.

Activate your coupons before shopping. All activated bonus coupons whose conditions are met will be applied in your shopping cart. You can find information about products, minimum order value, and validity period with each coupon.

Yes, bonus coupons can be combined. If you activate three matching coupons, all three will be applied. Each coupon must be valid and meet its product and minimum order value requirements. Discounts can reduce the eligible order value or shipping costs to a maximum of zero. For multiple point multiplier coupons, the bonus points are added together: 2x and 3x combined result in 4x points. Other shop promotions have their own terms and conditions.

Points and the voucher codes generated from them are assigned to your customer account. These codes can only be redeemed with the associated account in the respective shop.

Birthday promotions may include a personalized coupon. You can see if such a coupon is available to you in your account. Validity and terms and conditions are also listed there.

Each points credit has its own validity period of 12 months from the date it was credited . New points do not extend older credits. When redeeming points, the oldest points are used first. Only the unused portion of the credit expires on the respective date.

Points earned for returned items will be adjusted. If you have already used them, the outstanding amount will be deducted from future point credits; you will see it in your points account. Unredeemed voucher codes will remain valid. If an order with a redeemed points voucher is canceled or fully refunded, the code will remain in use and the points used will be credited back. Your statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.

Yes. With a customer account, you can view your points balance, bookings, and coupons. Log in to your purchases with this account.

A voucher generated from points is a one-time-use discount code. Choose a value that corresponds to your eligible order total. Any unused amount is not currently automatically saved as a remaining balance. Contact us with the code and your order number; after verification, we will provide the unused value as a replacement voucher. Please check the actual discount applied before completing your order.
