A minimum ceiling height of 210 cm is required. Dartboard and surround are not included.

Due to the product size, we can only ship this item – apart from Germany – to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, and Poland. Shipping to parcel lockers or post offices is not possible. Bulky goods are shipped exclusively via GLS.

Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or a hot surface! Do not operate the product for more than 12 hours per day! Do not connect any power supplies other than those included in the package to the computer unit! Make sure to protect the power cable. Avoid anyone stepping on it or pinning it with objects. Target Omni

Das Omni funktioniert einwandfrei. Sowohl der Aufbau als auch das verbinden funktioniert ohne Probleme. Es macht wirklich Spaß mit dem System zu spielen. Zusammen mit der App von Target ist es wirklich top. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden da ich meine Dartscheibe auf einem Ständer montiert habe und somit kein anderes System da montiert werden kann. Alles in allem ein super Preis/Leistung Verhältnis.

„Ich habe das Target Omni letztendlich behalten, weil das System an sich funktioniert und technisch seinen Zweck erfüllt – und weil ich ehrlich gesagt keine Lust auf das ganze Hin und Hergeschicke hatte, sondern das Gerät einfach nutzen und spielen wollte. Der Zustand bei Lieferung war jedoch absolut nicht akzeptabel: Die Kartons waren bereits geöffnet und definitiv nicht original verschlossen. Zudem fehlten mehrere Schutzfolien – unter anderem auf den Kameras sowie auf den Armen, an denen die Kameras befestigt sind. Auch am Computer-/Steuerelement waren die Schutzfolien nicht mehr vorhanden. Zusätzlich waren bereits Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden. Einen Pfeilabdruck im System (unten links, z. B. im Bereich Doppel 16) habe ich sogar erst beim zweiten Aufbau bemerkt. Es fehlte außerdem sogar eine notwendige Schraube für das Computersystem. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir am Telefon ernsthaft gesagt, dass dort angeblich keine Schraube vorgesehen ist und das einfach so halten würde – was schlicht nicht stimmen kann, da das Teil so niemals sicher hält. Der Support war zwar schnell erreichbar, aber inhaltlich leider enttäuschend. Statt die Probleme sauber zu klären, kamen hauptsächlich Ausreden wie „kann in der Produktion passieren“ oder „kann schon so gewesen sein“. Insgesamt wirkt das eher wie ein Versuch, die Mängel herunterzuspielen und das Produkt einfach durchzubekommen – für mich persönlich fühlt sich das schon wie eine Täuschung an. Ganz ehrlich: Ein guter Support hätte hier einfach unkompliziert ein neues Gerät geschickt und gesagt: „Sobald das neue da ist, senden Sie uns das alte zurück.“ So hätte man das Problem sauber und kundenfreundlich gelöst. Für den Preis ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Technik funktioniert, aber Zustand und Umgang mit der Reklamation sind enttäuschend.“ werde wohl keinen Euro mehr bei MCdart lassen und mir eine andere Plattform suchen müssen. Schade.

Aktuell leider noch oft Probleme in der…

Aktuell leider noch oft Probleme in der App bzw mit dem System, dass Pfeile ab und zu nicht erkannt werden oder doppelt zählen. Das kommt im Vergleich wirklich selten vor. Kann aber in wichtigen Situationen schon nerven. Davon ab, ein Top System. In 5min aufgebaut. Danach kurz updaten, kalibrieren und dann geht's auch schon los. Ist schon Sehr entspannt wenn man nicht selber eingeben muss und einfach nur zum Board geht und spielt. Hoffe durch Updates wird das ganze noch verfeinert :)
